Please review workaround section to see how to optimize query of very large datasets.Workaround
1. Server supports query to return objectIds only which should be used for paging through the query instead of requesting for all records at once.2. Query for records without geometry.3. Increase the Appserver and ArcSOC heap size using ArcGIS Server Admin Site Directory if it is critical to query such large amount of data in a single request. But this will increase the overall memory usage on the server.Steps to Reproduce
