QueryAttributesTask includes the DataSourceDefinition parameters for the map service when added in Visual Studio, and does not honor changes made to the map resource item.

Additional Information

10.1 was the last release of the .NET WebADF technology. Client APIs (JavaScript/Flex/Silverlight) are recommended for web application development.

Workaround

After adding the QueryAttributesTask, remove the DataSourceDefinition portion of the PredefinedQueryString.
