Additional Information

The feature class provided into the repro steps has multiple points, but all with the same coordinate so in effect it is like having a single point. The default extent calculation for a query layer in ArcMap is the extent of the data - in this case it has no area. The query to open the attribute table uses the extent of the feature class, which in this case has no area, and therefore no features are returned. The workaround in the case of a feature class extent with no area is to set the extent manually to a user-defined value, or to the spatial reference extents.

Workaround

Go to File > Add Data > Add Data. OrRegistering the database view or spatial table with the geodatabase.Or Use ArcGIS Pro.
