Query layer based on ESRI_OID as a map service is unable to perform a query for "NOT ESRI OID IS NULL" fails and returns an error, "Failed to execute query".

Additional Information

ESRI_OID field is a pseudo field. Values in this field are randomly assigned for each feature. Therefore, it not recommended to use ESRI_OID field as a regular field. Starting the version 11.5, map services return uniqueIdInfo in a layer REST resources. Use the field(s) from that element in a query. Also, in this case instead objectIds or returnIdsOnly, use uniqueIds or returnUniqueIdsOnly respectively
