Queries to map services referenced from a SQL Server 2014 SP3 instance return fewer records than expected when they include a geometry envelope and Result Record Count or result offset parameters.

Additional Information
When using the Result Record Count and/or the result offset (pagination query) parameters and a search geometry, there is a possibility that the number of records in the result does not match the Result Record Count parameter. This is as designed. When using the pagination query, it is recommended to look for the 'exceededTransferLimit' flag in the query result. If the value is True, go back and make another request for the next page until the 'exceededTransferLimit' is set to False.
