Bug
Python version 3.9.11 that ships with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2 and subsequent versions are not compatible with OpenSSL version 3.0.7 that ships with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2 and subsequent versions. When firewalls do not support OpenSSL redirection, the error message, “SSL: UNSAFE_LEGACY_RENEGOTIATION_DISABLED", is returned in the Python Command Prompt.
