-Create a python script which will have a method to call the web browser.-Attached herewith is the script called <a href="http://openbrowser.py" target="_blank">openbrowser.py</a>-In the python addin python script(under the install folder), type in the logic that will call the above script using subprocess.-Attached herewith is the script called "Saurabh_web_<a href="http://addin.py" target="_blank">addin.py</a>"-This script needs to be copied in the script present under the install folder.-Install the addin and add the toolbar.-After clicking the button a web browser is opened however ArcGIS does not crash.
