Workaround

Two possibilities:1. Use database authentication for the publisher and server database connections when registering the database with ArcGIS Server, and check the box "Same as publisher database connection" in the dialog box when registering the connection.2. Use the same domain credentials as the ArcGIS Server Service Account to publish when using OSA.
