Publishing to ArcGIS Online using NAD 83 (2011), Point Cloud returns the following error message, "error 4001 - Scene layer creation only support input srs as WebMercator."

This is a known limitation in publishing to ArcGIS Online from Site Scan for ArcGIS.Workaround
Reprocess the mission using a different CRS, but it is not ideal for users to require their data on NAD 83 (2011) since they are to be reprocessed back to the 2011 version after publishing Point Cloud.
