Publishing surveys via the web designer on Survey123 for ArcGIS hub (survey123.arcgis.com) registered to a Portal for ArcGIS site fails with the following error "Unable to publish the survey. getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND {machine name} {machine name}:443".
