Publishing surveys that do not contain a thumbnail through survey123.arcgis.com configured with Portal for ArcGIS fails with the following message: “Unable to publish a survey. ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat ’/home/ec2-user/hub/dist/default/thumbnail.jpg’”.
