Publishing fails when attempting to publish a web layer from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online with data that contains attribute rules. The Analyze tool does not return any errors to indicate why the failure occurred.

Although attribute rules are not supported on ArcGIS Online, datasets containing attribute rules are published successfully.Workaround
