Publishing a trace network to ArcGIS Server fails with the error message, "ERROR 001487: Failed to update the published service with the server-side data location. Please see the server's log for more details. ERROR 001369: Failed to create the service. Failed to execute (Publish Service Definition)." returned.

Additional Information
The software is working as expected. When a trace network is created using ArcGIS Pro 3.0, a version 3 trace network is created. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 supports only version 2 trace networks. Use an ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x client to create a version 2 trace network for publishing to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.
