Publishing a survey using an existing feature service from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, secured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) returns the following error message, "401 Unauthorized".

Workaround

  • Enable Anonymous Authentication for the ArcGIS Portal Web Adaptor. 
  • Upgrade to the latest version of ArcGIS Enterprise (currently 11.4).
