Publishing a survey in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect using an ArcGIS Enterprise portal service with embedded credentials referencing an ArcGIS Online View returns the error message "400 URL"

Workaround

• Make the view public in ArcGIS Online.
• Add the feature layer to ArcGIS Enterprise and create the survey using the feature service instead of the view.
• Use ArcGIS Survey123 Connect version 3.20.63 or older: https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcgis-survey123/life-cycle#connect
