Publishing a survey in ArcGIS Online Notebooks runtime version 12 returns the error messages "Unable to update feature service definition. Invalid definition for 'EditorTrackingInfo'. Invalid definition for ESRI.ArcGIS.SDS.Metadata.EditorTrackingInfo (Error Code: 400)."

Workaround

Run the script using an environment that has ArcGIS API for Python version 2.4.1.1 or higher installed. For example, ArcGIS Pro version 3.5.4.
