Workaround

  1. Create a File Geodatabase and a point feature class.
  2. Ensure the point feature class has two text fields and two date fields.
  3. Right-click on the feature class in ArcCatalog > Manage > Enable Editor Tracking > Click Ok to the message. This automatically adds the Creator Field, Create Date Field, Editor Field, and Edit Date Field.
  4. Right-click on the feature class > Properties > Editor Tracking > Reassign the fields to the fields created.
  5. Create a few points within the data frame.
  6. Publish feature class as a feature service to ArcGIS Online.
    1. Observe the service publishes as expected.
    2. See "points2" in the map package and the feature service.
