Publishing a map service from ArcGIS Pro with 'Shared instance' selected displays the map service as 'Dedicated instance' in ArcGIS Server Administrator.

Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible in 10.9 version of the software.

Workaround

In ArcGIS Pro, overwrite the service with 'Shared instance' selected. The map service in ArcGIS Server Administrator is updated.
