Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in-house in our hardware.

Workaround

  • Increase the maximum usage timeout for the publishing tools.
  • Pre-process the data in ArcGIS Pro, or convert the date values to UTC with python before publishing.
  • If possible, remove date fields from the data if they are not needed for the service.
