Bug
Publishing a function chain layer with a raster function to ArcGIS Online results in no visible data in the tile layer, and the error "24078: Layer's data source is not supported" is returned as expected when analyzing and sharing the web layer or web map.

The issue cannot be reproduced. Upgrade to a supported version of ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
There is a workaround, but it defeats the purpose of function chains.
- Follow Steps 1 through 4 in Steps to Reproduce.
- Export the function chain layer to a raster such as a tiff.
- Delete the function chain layer.
- Publish the layer to a web layer or a web map. This solution works, although it defeats the purpose.
