Bug
Publishing a CSV file with addresses using the Add Data widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder fails and returns the following error message, "There was an issue. Internal Server Error."

Workaround
Utilize another locator while adding data to the app, or revert to an older version of the ArcGIS StreetMap Premium North America locator.
Note: The classic ArcGIS StreetMap Premium locators work fine, but the 2021-2022 locators fail.
