Published map services expose incorrect time settings (incorrect time interval and time interval units) in the service REST URL when the map services are published from ArcGIS Pro 2.2.0.

Additional Information

Proper time format is not being utilized for parsing the tiff names. For the current tiff names (in format YYYY-MM-DDhhmmss), YYYY-MM-DD format should be selected instead of YYYYMMDD.
