Provide the Arcade function for attribute rules in ArcGIS Pro to convert coordinates.

Workaround

Use the Arcade geometry function to calculate x,y. Then schedule the Calculate Geometry geoprocessing tool to run. This allows an approximation of having all of this calculated as preferred (automatically with attribute rules upon insert and update).

Alternatively, run the Calculate Geometry tool without scheduling the tool to run.
