Additional Information
This ENH is re-designated as a BUG. This is because in the current development of ArcGIS Pro 3.3, the Export To Table tool does not transfer all hyperlinks. However, the Table To Excel tool does carry all hyperlinks forward.
Workaround
Workaround:
In Excel, use the formula "=HYPERLINK(Cell and row number)".



Note:
This workaround cannot be used in a scenario where there are multiple links in the same row.
