Workaround
#1------1. Right-click the junction feature class > export > to geodatabase (single)2. In the Feature Class to Feature Class dialog click Environments.3. Expand General Settings.4. Set the Output Coordinate System to 'As specified below'5. Select the coordinate system you are projecting it to.6. Click OK.7. Click OK to run the tool.#2-------You can also add the junction feature class to the map document. Set the coordinate system of the data frame to the coordinate system you want to project the data to. Then right click the layer > data > export data. Select the data frame as the source of the coordinate system.
