ProductionMappingSteps.CheckInProduct does not remove the product file geodatabase from the checkout location when a feature class from the product file geodatabase is opened in another application.

This issue will not be addressed. The workaround is to not access feature classes in the product file geodatabase with other applications. If other applications are accessing feature classes in the product file geodatabase, the work needs to be saved and the applications closed before ProductionMappingSteps.CheckInProduct is executed.Steps to Reproduce
