Additional Information
By design, the Orthomosaic wizard needs a digital terrain model (DTM) or digital surface model (DSM) product to be generated first. This digital elevation model (DEM) would then be passed to or made available as an option in the Orthomosaic product option in order to get an ortho of the highest accuracy. Because a DTM or DSM was not previously created from the mosaic dataset, the remaining DEM options were not accurate enough to produce an acceptable output. The Orthomosaic product option will be updated to also include a DSM or DTM generated from the mosaic dataset as an option.
Workaround
Select the 'Multiple Products' wizard to generate the ortho. Uncheck the DSM option, then accept all other product options. Navigate through the wizard to create the ortho product.
