Workaround

Provided Gerhard with a workarond to test:In the ArcIMS server machine, Open registry editor (regedit)1. go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/esri/ 2. create a new key "Output"3. Under output create a DWORD "ESRIExportRasterBufferSizeMB" and set the value to 16 with Hexadecimal base.4. Refresh the ArcMap server and try again.
