Workaround
Create an ArcSDE High Precision Geodatabase Dataset that duplicates the values from your Low Precision PGDB spatial domain.o In ArcSDE create a new dataseto Import the coordinate system from your source feature class/dataset. > Nexto Accept the Vertical system > Nexto Uncheck the "Accept default resolution and domain extent (recommended)" o XY Tolerance = 0.04 o Z Tolerance = 0.001 o M Tolerance = 2 o > Next o XY Resolution (Change to) = 0.02 o Z Resolution (Change to) = 1 o M Resolution (Change to) = 1o >FinishImport your Low Precision PGDB feature classes into the new High Precision geodatabase, create your network dataset, test your routes and service areas.
