Workaround

  1. Clear the web browser's cache before relaunching the ArcGIS Hub site.
  2. Sign in to the site with ArcGIS Online credentials.
  3. Re-generate the cookies to access the embedded applications.
Alternatively, launch the ArcGIS Hub site in an incognito or private browser.
