Printing without a legend in Map Viewer and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder (Print widget) includes the background fill color and legend title.

Workaround
- Modify the legend background to have no fill color.
- Print with the Nobackground template.
- Under Advanced options, check Include legend to print items directly on the map.
- If the Include legend is unchecked, it prints no white background where the legend item is.
