The team apologizes for being unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to print services published from ArcGIS Pro to a newer release of ArcGIS Enterprise resolves this issue. If the issue continues to affect any work, please contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
Uninstall ArcGIS Data Interoperability 10.5.1 for ArcGIS Server.
