Workaround
Disable the following RDP-Tcp/ICA-tcp Client Redirection:1. On the Citrix/RemoteApp terminal services server, open Terminal Services Configuration.2. Open the RDP-tcp Properties and then click the Client Settings tab.3. Under Redirection, ensure that the following checkboxes are checked: Drive, Windows Printer, LPT Port, COM Port, Support Plug and Play Devices, and Default to main client printer.4. Click OK.5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the ICA-tcp Properties.6. On the Citrix/RemoteApp terminal services server, add a local TCP/IP connection to the desired printer; use this printer in ArcMap and it will function as desired.As a reminder, these changes will effect all applications published on the Citrix/Windows Terminal Server.
