The issue is not producible. The failure may be due to timeouts in the web tier. This occurs, for example, when print jobs take longer due to the heavy contents of a web map. It is recommended to switch the print service to the Asynchronous execution mode.Workaround
- Increase the timeout in ArcGIS Server Manager.
- Optimize the server or app environment.
