This issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Maps SDK for Javascript version 4.30.Workaround
One of the workaround is to use the esri/rest/print constructor with a print.execute (url,param) request as is seen in the https://srvsop1091.esrilab.es/customTextcustomPrint4.html mentioned before.
It works in the latest versions of ArcGIS Experience Builder and Web Appbuilder.
