Additional Information

This is the expected behavior in ArcGIS Field Maps when working with conditional visibility expressions. The field values are subsequently cleared in the form when hiding the initially visible fields using the expression. There is an existing Enhancement Request related to this behavior, ENH-000145702: Improve the handling of clearing existing values when working with conditional visibility expressions.

Workaround

In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

1. Open the web map in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

2. Select the point added using ArcGIS Field Maps and click Edit.

3. Enable Is the site Active?, add values for ActiveName and ActiveDate, and update the point.

4. View the attribute table. The point in Map Viewer does not overwrite the previously added attributes.
