Pressing 'Delete' with highlighted records in edit mode, deletes all records in 1 case, when only the highlighted records should be deleted.

Workaround

Steps to workaround1. Add any FC or Shapefile2. Open the attribute table3. Select more than 1 record4. Switch to Selected View - and highlight atleast 1 record5. Use the Editing Shortcut SHIFT+CTRL+E to start editing (Shortcuts will only work for the table when it has focus)6. Press 'Delete' on the keyboardAlso - if you used the Editor toolbar and get the error. Undo the deletion. After the undo, the problem does not occur again.
