Prepopulating answers through a custom URL does not work in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app when the questions have a relevant statement.

Workaround

• Use the browser to submit surveys to have the prepopulated answers. This can be done when changing the custom URL in the pop-up in the web map to https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/xxxxxitemIDxxxxxx? field:test1=test&field: number1={number1}&field:text2={text2}&field:text3={text3}

• In the ArcGIS Survey123 3.14 field app, remove the values in the relevant column that are intended to be prepopulated through the custom URL. After republishing the survey in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the prepopulated fields work successfully.
