Power BI reports created before the December 2020 update fail to embed in teams, a warning message is returned, "visual does not meet requirements" but the same report passes the ArcGIS Visual validation check.

Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS for Power BI (2023.2.187). This issue is linked to an older version of ArcGIS for Power BI.Workaround
1. Embed the report within Microsoft Teams. Doing this returns the warning message saying the visual does not meet the requirements.
2. Go back to ArcGIS for Power BI Online and move the ArcGIS Map extent slightly and save the report.
3. Refresh the Power BI report within Microsoft Teams. The map is displayed without any error messages.
Alternatively, create a new identical report.
