Workaround
- Delete the new custom in ArcGIS Enterprise Connector.
- Delete the new webhook created named 'MS FLOW'.
- Switch the ArcGIS Enterprise Connector to the earlier working one.
- Turn off and turn on the flow.
- Do not make new ArcGIS Enterprise Connector connections or do not change the name for the survey webhook from 'MS FLOW'.
Note: It is observed with the new ArcGIS Survey123 beta website, the issue does not occurs.
