Workaround

The data are inputted normally using the PostGIS geometry type shape field and byte type GDB_GEOMATTR_DATA (storing multipath and texture) field. This can be achieved by the following steps:

1) Install the PostGIS geometry on the Linux machine.

2) Create a PostGIS extension by following the relevant Linux documentation, refer this link: https://postgis.net/documentation/getting_started/.

3) Create a new enterprise geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro.

4) Copy the large multipatch file to the enterprise geodatabase, the process happens successfully.

5) There is no crash encountered in this scenario when the PostGIS geometry type is installed explicitly on the Linux machine.
