Postal codes starting with IV2 in Scotland, when zoomed in over the city at 1:1 scale, are not found using the World Geocoding Service.

This is fix in the 3.6 release of the online service.Workaround
- Zoom out beyond 1:450,000, and type in the postal code correctly. - In ArcMap, use the Find tool in the tools toolbar to find the location irrespective of the zoom scale.Steps to Reproduce
