Additional Information
By default, only the English language and language content are initially enabled for ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes. Language and language content can be enabled or disabled from the ArcGIS admin REST API. If the language selected for the organization or user profile is not enabled, the associated language content is unavailable.Workaround
Ensure the desired language and language content is enabled before changing the organization or user profile language.
