This issue is not reproducible in newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer. If this issue is still occurring in the Map Viewer in supported versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, kindly submit a new defect with detailed steps to reproduce and sample data attached.Workaround
- Apply the domain directly to the subtype.
- After publishing, apply the definition query to the feature service within ArcGIS Pro.
