Workaround

1. Add the ArcGIS for Server print service URL (similar to: https://webadaptor.domain.com/arcgis/rest/services/folder/servicename/GPServer ) as an item in Portal For ArcGIS with the option to store credentials.

2. Share the item with the organization.

3. Copy the ArcGIS Web API REST Connection URL.

4. Click My Organization> Settings > Utility services.

5. Enter the copied Web API REST Connection URL and append Export%20Web%20Map at the end of the URL.

6. Provide the credentials to Portal for ArcGIS and notice the service is added successfully.
