Workaround

- Host the .kmz file on a separate web server rather than where the Portal for ArcGIS Web Adaptor is installed. -Reference the .kmz URL using the hostname only (<a href="http://hostname/Data/sample.kmz" target="_blank">http://hostname/Data/sample.kmz</a>) and not the fully qualified domain (<a href="http://hostname.domain.com/Data/sample.kmz" target="_blank">http://hostname.domain.com/Data/sample.kmz</a>).
