Portal for ArcGIS does not allow unsecured Secure Safety Layers (HTTP) utility services to be saved on the organizational settings user interface. When a HTTP URL is inserted, the following error is thrown: "Notice: The print service URL you have entered is invalid or inaccessible."

Additional Information

Portal for ArcGIS does not support inputting a custom utility service over HTTP from the My Org page due to browser mixed-content restrictions

Workaround

1. Log into the sharing API:https://<orgURL>/<webadaptor>/sharing/rest/portals/self2. Update the printing task URL here to an HTTP URL.
