Resolved with the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 2 Patch. The patch URL is https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/portal-for-arcgis-security-2025-update-2-patch For an environment already impacted by this issue, please uninstall and reinstall the Web Editor application before applying Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 2 Patch. Please be advised that the Web Editor configuration may be impacted by uninstalling the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 2 Patch, and the only resolution to reconfigure the application is to uninstall and reinstall the Web Editor application.
