Bug
Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1 is set up for ADFS Enterprise logins through SAML Identity Provider. When an administrator is in Add Members, an error occurs if the user name is fewer than 6 characters. This happens whether adding members one at a time, or adding via a CSV file. If a user logs in and creates a new account, they are able to have a user name with 4 characters.
