Workaround

  1. Uninstall Portal for ArcGIS Security 2022 Update 1 Patch.
  2. Use ArcGIS Web AppBuilder for Developer 2.25 instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder from Portal for ArcGIS.
  3. Use a map service instead of WMS.
